Il Premio Westerwald è stato assegnato per la prima volta nel 1973 allo scopo di presentare opere ceramiche eccellenti in un concorso e in una mostra. Il suo scopo è anche quello di facilitare il dialogo tra la ceramica e l'arte nella regione e di promuovere lo scambio culturale in Europa.

Premi: 

CERAMICA LIBERA 

• Primo premio: 10.000 euro
• Secondo premio: 6.000 euro
• Premio per i nuovi talenti: 3.000 euro

PREMIO DELLA CITTÀ DI HÖHR-GRENZHAUSEN

• Premio: 10.000 euro

The Westerwald Prize was awarded for the first time in 1973 in order to present outstanding ceramic works in a competition and an exhibition. It is additionally intended to facilitate dialogue between ceramics and art in region and to foster cultural exchange in Europe.
