La Biennale Internazionale della Ceramica Artistica di Aveiro contribuisce alla produzione di ceramica artistica contemporanea, stimolando la sperimentazione e la creatività e creando un centro dinamico per la promozione delle nuove tendenze della ceramica, contribuendo così all'educazione e allo sviluppo culturale. Centro di dialogo e condivisione, la Biennale diffonde tendenze e concetti, aprendo nuovi percorsi nel campo della ceramica artistica contemporanea e agisce nel quadro dell'attuale rinnovamento estetico e, allo stesso tempo, promuove nuovi materiali e tecniche.

Il periodo di registrazione per la partecipazione alla sedicesima edizione della Biennale Internazionale della Ceramica Artistica di Aveiro è fino al 10 febbraio 2023.

La Biennale assegna tre premi: € 13.000,00 per il primo premio; € 8.000,00 per il secondo; € 4.000,00 per il terzo premio. 
Le opere selezionate saranno esposte dal 28 ottobre 2023 al 28 gennaio 2024 presso il Museo di Aveiro/Santa Joana.

The International Biennial of Artistic Ceramics of Aveiro contributes to the production of artistic contemporary ceramics, stimulating experimentation and creativity, and creating a dynamic hub for the promotion of new trends in ceramics, thus contributing to education and cultural development. A center for dialogue and sharing, the Biennial disseminates trends and concepts, opening new paths in the field of contemporary artistic ceramics and acting in the framework of the current aesthetical renovation and, at the same time, promoting new materials and techniques.

The registration period for participation in the sixteenth edition of the International Biennial of Artistic Ceramics of Aveiro is until 10 February 2023.

The Biennial awards three prizes: € 13.000,00 for the first prize; € 8.000,00 for the second prize; € 4.000,00 for the third prize. 
The selected works will be exhibited from 28 October 2023 to 28 January 2024 at the Aveiro/Santa Joana Museum.
